Makkah
Extending along King Faisal Street in Al-Qunfudhah City, specifically next to the Saudi Credit Bank, opposite Al-Rawdah Park, the Archaeology and Folk Heritage Museum occupies a prime location that connects visitors to the place's memory and its authentic details.

Its opening, which came as a culmination of heritage preservation efforts, took place in 1420 AH / 2000 CE, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in response to an invitation from archaeologist Professor Saad bin Abdulaziz Al-Rashed.
Upon entering the museum, visitors are enveloped by the evocative fragrance of history. A striking collection of gravestones greets the,, alongside an array of folk heritage products such as palm frond weaving (Khous), household tools and implements, agricultural tools, jewelry, and leather goods.
Every piece in this museum narrates a compelling tale of heritage, while every corner documents moments briming with contribution from the local community's life.
